2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

qqee9 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport is typically required.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of creating an account.
• qqee9 may request age verification documents at any time.
• Accounts cannot be operated from regions or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Employees of qqee9 and their family members may not place bets on this platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on qqee9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposited funds must come from your own account only — third-party accounts are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

qqee9 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager 20 times the total of the deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

qqee9 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Tier upgrades are based on a player's activity and contributions. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be taken while another bonus is active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• qqee9 reserves the right to close the account of any player who misuses the bonus system.

6 Betting Rules and Fair Play

qqee9 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using internationally standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• The outcome of every bet is completely random and there are no predetermined results.
• Bets affected by a technical system error may be cancelled or recalculated.
• If a player or group places an unusual volume of bets on the same outcome, an investigation will be initiated.
• All sports bets will be settled based on the official results of the relevant league or tournament.
• qqee9 will not be held responsible for connection drops during live match betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqee9 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing the bonus system or promotional offers, or exploiting loopholes in the terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using automated bots or hacking tools.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Harassing, intimidating or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

qqee9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If a user wishes to stop using the platform of their own accord, they can inform the support team via live chat or email. Once self-exclusion takes effect, it is not possible to reactivate the account before the designated period has ended.
